  • A: You’ll want to call the restaurant. Check your order confirmation email for their phone number.

  • A: If you’re hearing that they’ve not received your order, reach us immediately on our Contact Page.and we’ll get things sorted out.

Q: Something is wrong with my food. What do I do?

  • A: If there’s a problem with your order, please call the restaurant and let them know. Of course, you can reach out to our Contact Page and we will try to ciorrect the issue in the future.

Q: How do I browse restaurants near me?

  • A: The site should be showing restaurants near you by automatically locating you via your IP. If you have some sort of IP Masking or you are otherwise seeing reastaurants near you, try entering you Zip Code at the top of the Restaurants page.

Q: What’s the deal with the Order History block on the front page?

  • A: Here you can see some recent orders and add the same items to your cart that you've ordered before.

Q: So, what’s it cost to use CraveCaddie.com?

  • A: When you order food for delivery, your delivery fee is calculated based on distance.

Q: Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to order?

  • A: Usually no. In some cases, restaurants require a minimum order size.

Q: Can I save my payment information?

  • A: For your protection, not at this time.

Q: When is my credit card charged?

  • A: Your card is charged as soon as you place your order.

Q: Is my payment info secure?

  • A: Yep. We never share any of these details with restaurants, and we encrypt everything the second you hit that “order” button. Your Transaction is SSL encrypted to make sure no one (including us) can see your details.

Q: How do I redeem a promo code?

  • A: If you have a promo code, you’ll be able to enter it during checkout and we’ll adjust your order total to factor in the discount. It’s important to note here that you can only use one discount per order.

Q: I forgot my username. Or my password. Or both. What now?

  • A: Your username is often the email address you would have used to register your account. As for the password, you can click the “Forgot My Password” link and we’ll get you sorted out.And if you still need a reminder of that username, the “Forgot Username” button and the fields that pop up when you click it will trigger an email reminder of that name.

Q: Can I have two CraveCaddie accounts with the same email address?

  • A: Unfortunately, no. Because that email is tied to your username, you can only have one account per email address.

Q: Can I save multiple addresses? Like “home,” “work,” and “school”?

  • A: Yep. Any address you use to place an order will be saved to your account.
